Web Site Content Management
Web site construction and management is the responsibility of the client. IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet is not responsible for web site management or files lost or damaged by users. Backup of all site files is recommended, and should be maintained by the client on a machine outside of the IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet network. A fee of $100 is required should a client request any files from our back up systems, which are intended for disaster retrieval only. IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet does not guarantee that the files contained in our backup systems will be the most current copy of a client's web site.

System Updates
IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet updates systems in real-time. Therefore, any updates made to the system may not be immediate. These processing times may be changed at any time without notice. If a client or IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet support personnel (authorized by a client) make any modifications to an account account, the client is responsible to ensure that these updates have occurred.

Policy Violation
If an account is used unlawfully or is in violation of the user policy, IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and without refunds. Files that violate the user policy are subject to deletion without notice. Clients violating the User Policy will be held responsible for damages to IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet, including but not limited to, IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet systems, servers, connectivity, reputation, business, service, network, operations, or equipment. Determining what constitutes a policy violation is the sole discretion of IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet, and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Spam
Sending unsolicited commercial email (a.k.a. "spam"), cross-posting messages to a large number of usenet groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or referring to an IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet email address or web site URL is prohibited. The use of IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers as a mail drop for responses to activities described above is also prohibited. Accounts canceled due to spam will be billed a "clean up" fee of $500.

System Abuse
Includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of CPU resources or disk space, installing IRC bots, CGI scripts sharing with domains outside of IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet, or other CGI scripts that use a disproportionate amount of system resources. IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet will determine what constitutes system abuse.

Software/Multimedia Distribution
Accounts cannot to be used to distribute "cracked" versions of copyrighted software (a.k.a. warez), serial numbers for copyrighted software or copyrighted multimedia files (i.e. music files or MP3's). Sites that contain links to pirated software or illegal contraband are also prohibited.

Adult Content
Sites containing adult material, links to adult material, or adult-oriented merchandise are not permitted. The final determination of what constitutes "adult content" is made by IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet.

Security Violation
Attempts to manipulate IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers or client web sites are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers, mail bombing, or other means of deliberately overloading systems.

Log Files
Log files will be deleted periodically. It is recommended that clients who wish to maintain logs covering extended periods download the log files monthly.

Membership and Hosting Fees
Membership and hosting-related fees are required before service is activated. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Domain name registration fees
Domain name registration fees are not included in the fees charged by IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet.. The client will be billed by the registrar directly, and is responsible for timely domain name registration payment. 

Billing Cycle
Most Services are billed on an annual (12 month) basis. The minimum contract is 3 months. A billing cycle change can be made at any time, provided there are more than 10 days remaining in the current billing cycle. Changes can be made by phone, email, walk-in, or though the web members section.

Renewal
IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet Renewal and charges are billed automatically.

Clients who prepay by credit card must keep their billing information current. Ten days prior to the end of the billing cycle, IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet will begin applying hosting charges against the credit card on file. In the event of failure, a notice will be sent to the billing contact by email. An attempt will be made to process the charges everyday until the end of the billing cycle. If the credit card is charged successfully, you will receive an email of confirming payment. If the process continues to fail and the billing cycle ends, the account will be canceled.

For clients paying by check or money order, payments are due within 14 days of the first renewal notification. Checks returned due to insufficient funds are subject to a $20 processing fee.

Cancellation
IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet reserves the right to cancel service of an account at any time without notice and without a refund, in the event that:
1) The account violates our posted policy.
2) Payment for hosting fees is not received.

An account can be canceled voluntarily at any time by contacting us by email or by telephone at (323) 357-1880 . Changes can be made by phone, email, walk-in, or though the web members section.  Accounts can be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, or immediately. The contents of a canceled web site may be deleted at any time subsequent to account termination. Web site files for canceled accounts are removed from the server 24 hours after the cancellation date, and are NOT retrievable.

Account Reactivation
If an account was canceled by request or due to delinquent payment, a non-refundable reactivation fee of $25.00 will be added to any outstanding fees. An account that was canceled due to a policy violation cannot be reactivated. An account terminated due to policy violation involving unsolicited bulk email (spam), will be charged a $500 clean up fee.

Refund
Set up fees, hosting prepayments and monthly fees associated with additional features are non-refundable.

Indemnification/Disclaimer
IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet web site properties may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes to the IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet web site properties may be made periodically. Every good faith effort will be made to keep the web site content accurate and up to date. IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet reserves the right to make improvements and/or change our web site at any time without notice.

USE OF IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet WEB HOSTING SERVICE IS AT THE CLIENT'S SOLE RISK. IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Neither IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet, its employees, affiliates, third party services, merchant licensors or the like, warrant that IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet web hosting service will not be interrupted or error free. IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet  will make every good faith effort to ensure that its web servers are available to as many Internet users as possible and that there is minimal interruption of service as possible

Under no circumstance will IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet, its partners, its employees, or its affiliates be liable for any claims, any action either direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, or any damages either punitive or alleged to have resulted, including loss of profits, from the use of or inability to use IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet service, from service interruptions, from customer errors or problems with their Internet connectivity, from the client's equipment or available technology, from unauthorized access to IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers, from communication failure, from bandwidth congestion or interruptions, or from acts of God

The client also agrees to indemnify and hold IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet harmless against any liabilities arising out of defective products sold to customers from IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers, personal injury or property damage caused by products or services sold or distributed from IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers, any material that infringes or allegedly infringes on the rights of a third party available from IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers, and any material that libels or allegedly libels a third party available from IW Link / Internet Webvertisenet servers.
